1. Ceased to be valid the Order of the Government KR of November 13, 2008 No. 626.

2. Approve descriptions and samples of forms of documents according to appendices No. 1 - 5.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to raise money on production in 2000 5000 forms of dokumentovvremenny and permanent residence permits in the Kyrgyz Republic for foreign citizens, stateless persons and certificates of stateless persons, and also to provide the corresponding expenses on these purposes in republican budgets for the next years.

4. To the ministries, the state committees and administrative departments of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the operating regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

5. Determine that about procedure for application of the Provision approved by this resolution the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic gives explanations.
