About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

Following the results of inventory count of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

List of invalid some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. The order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on lands of the industry, transport, communication, power supply and procedure for their use" of July 10, 1992 No. 316.

2. The order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Regulations on financial accounting and the reporting in the Republic Kyrgyzstan" of September 2, 1992 No. 432.

3. The order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of the indemnification caused to workers by the mutilation, occupational disease or other damage of health connected with execution of labor obligations by them" of April 23, 1993 No. 175.
