About some questions of the republican state state company "Issyksky State Dendrology Park" of Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Rename the republican state state company "Issyksky State Dendrology Park" of Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the republican state state company "Issyksky State Dendrology Park" of Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the arboretum).

2. Determine Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan by authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the arboretum.

3. To provide to committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) introduction on approval into Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of changes in the charter of the arboretum;

2) the state re-registration of the arboretum in judicial authorities;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and addition which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
