About approval of the Program of actions for implementation of the Concept of the state migration policy of the Kyrgyz Republic

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Concept of the state migration policy of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 30, 2004 151, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No.:

1. Approve the enclosed Program of actions for implementation of the Concept of the state migration policy of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Program).

2. To the ministries, state committees, administrative departments, state commissions, local public administrations and local government bodies:

- provide the Program implementation of actions;

- in need of involvement of public funds annually at the scheduled time to represent to the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic calculations to expense budget for inclusion in the republican budget and their timely financing;

- take measures for attraction of additional non-budgetary sources of financing according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- submit the report on accomplishment of the relevant activities of the Program in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic following the results of every year till January 25.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic financing of actions of the Program, proceeding from budget opportunities.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 3, 2000 No. 392 "About the Program of actions for implementation of the Concept of the state population and migration policy of the Kyrgyz Republic".

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of international cooperation of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
