About the Concept of the state migration policy of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of further enhancement of management and regulation of migratory processes in the Kyrgyz Republic I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed Concept of the state migration policy of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Declare invalid in the part concerning migration policy, provision of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Concept of the state population and migration policy of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 28, 2000 No. 102.

3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- in three-months time to develop and approve the Program of actions for implementation of the Concept of the state migration policy of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- in six-months time to work and make offers regarding refining of questions of the population policy provided by relevant provisions of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Concept of the state population and migration policy of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 28, 2000 No. 102.

4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on department of foreign policy of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
