About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public councils of state bodies" of August 25, 2014 No. 482
Due to the change of structure of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also transformation of state bodies, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public councils of state bodies" of August 25, 2014 No. 482 the following changes:
- to add Item 1 after the words "under the ministries" with words ", the state committees";
- in item 4 of the word "department of public administration and personnel work" shall be replaced with words "department of public relations and mass media";
- to state appendix to the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
