1. Determine that public councils are formed under state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

3. To the ministries and administrative departments of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time to make in the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic offers on reduction of the provisions regulating their activities in compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public councils of state bodies".
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of information support of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
