About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for maintaining service records

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for maintaining service records approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2014 No. 40 "About service records" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 13.09. 2014, 8/29094), following changes and amendments:
1.1. in paragraph three of Item 9 of the word "execution of an employment agreement (contract)" and "assignment" to replace respectively with the words "execution of an employment agreement (including sine die, terminal employment contract, contract)" and "assignment";
1.2. state Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. In the service record data are not entered:
about work on civil agreements and implementation of business activity;
about condition of performance of work on the terminal employment contract;
about authority punishments, except as specified dismissals of the worker as measure of authority punishment;
about the mode of flexible working hours;
about part-time.";
1.3. exclude Item 13;
1.4. in Item 15:
after the word of "training" to add Item with the words "and the appropriated category by profession the worker";
