About approval of standards of the state services of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan rendered to payment institutes

1. Approve:
1) the standard of the state service "Inclusion in the Register of the Payment Institutes Which Underwent Accounting Registration in National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
2) the standard of the state service "Issue of Consent to Carrying Out Voluntary Reorganization (Accession, Merge, Separation, Allocation, Transformation) of Payment Institutes" according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
2. To management of organizational work and control (Itimgenov A. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) together with Legal department (Sarsenov N. V.) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
