1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules of application (use) of the means of identification used by bodies of state revenues and requirements for production imposed to them according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of application of the methods of identification used by bodies of state revenues, including putting down of seals, stamps, drawing digital and other marking on goods, the detailed description, photography, the image on the scale of goods, comparison of previously selected tests and (or) samples of goods and products of their conversion, use of the available marking of goods, including in the form of serial numbers, different ways which can be applied proceeding from nature of goods and the made transactions on conversion on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, including by research of the submitted documents containing detailed data on use of goods in engineering procedure of making of transactions on conversion on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and also on the production technology of products of conversion according to appendix 1 to this order;
