1. Bring in Regulations on accounting treatment the controlling (supervising) bodies of the issued instructions on the conducting checks approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2009 No. 1732 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 6, 5/31003), the following changes and amendments:

1.1. state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. This Provision determines accounting treatment for the instructions issued on conducting checks by state bodies (their structural divisions with the rights of the legal entity, territorial authorities subordinated by the organizations) and other organizations authorized by legal acts or regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Republic of Belarus on control (supervision) and included in the list of the controlling (supervising) bodies authorized to perform, and spheres of their control (supervising) activities, No. 510 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 16, 2009 "About enhancement of control (supervising) activities in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 253, 1/11062) (further - the controlling (supervising) bodies).";

1.2. the second offer of part three of Item 2 to exclude;

1.3. to be reworded as follows appendix to this Provision it (is applied).
