About approval of the Regulations on accounting treatment by the controlling (supervising) bodies of the issued instructions on conducting checks

According to part six of Item 24 of the Regulations on procedure for the organization and the conducting checks approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 16, 2009 No. 510 "About enhancement of control (supervising) activities in the Republic of Belarus" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on accounting treatment by the controlling (supervising) bodies of the issued instructions on conducting checks.
2. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2006 No. 618 "About approval of the Regulations on accounting treatment by monitoring bodies of instructions on checks (audits) of financial and economic activities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 77, 5/22312).
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2010.
