About approval of the Procedure for issue of permissions to work on lands of water fund

According to Item 7 of article 14 of the Water code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for issue of permissions to work on lands for water fund which is applied.

2. To the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing together with the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment and the State committee on water economy to develop and approve in three-months time permission form, the application form on its receipt and the list of documents which are enclosed to the application.

Procedure for issue of permissions to work on lands of water fund

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of issue of permission to carrying out dredging works, laying of cables, pipelines and other communications on lands of water fund (further - permission).

2. Action of this Procedure does not extend to cases of work, connected with:

nature protection and antiflood activities which are carried out by Gosvodagentstvo and the organizations belonging to the sphere of its management;

safety of navigation on inland waterways of Ukraine;

construction and reconstruction of water objects in the woods for the fire-proof purposes,

accomplishment of preparatory and construction works which mechanism and the procedure of accomplishment are approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 466 "Some questions of accomplishment of preparatory and construction works" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 34, the Art. 1404).
