According to Items 21-1, 21-2 of part four and the fifth article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance", the subitem 61 of item 4 of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 1070, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services decided:
1. Approve Changes in the Characteristics and classification signs of types of voluntary insurance approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine on July 9, 2010 No. 565, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 16, 2010 for No. 1119/18414, which are applied.
2. In the markets of financial services to provide to department of state regulation and methodology of supervision submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. And members of the commission to provide to management of ensuring activities of the Chairman promulgation of this order after its state registration.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
