According to part five of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance", the subitem 52 of item 4 of the Regulations on State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 2010 157, State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine DECIDED No.:
1. Approve the Characteristic and classification signs of types of voluntary insurance which are attached.
2. To provide to department of standards of regulation and supervision of financial institutions together with legal support division submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. To provide to department of public relations and protocol placement of this order on the official site of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine on the Internet after its state registration.
4. This order becomes effective in 10 days after its state registration.
5. To insurers within two years after entry into force of this order to bring rules of insurance into accord with this order.
6. Control over the implementation of this order to assign to the member of the commission - the director of the department of registration, licensing and allowing procedures.
