About approval of the Regulations on State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine which is applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2010, except the subitem 41 of item 4 of the Provision approved by this resolution which becomes effective since May 17, 2013.

1. State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine (Госфинуслуг) is the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
State financial services is specially authorized body of the executive authority in the field of regulation of the markets of financial services in the borders determined by the legislation.
2. State financial services in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, and also the presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and this Provision.
State financial services generalizes practice of application of the legislation on questions which are within its competence, develops and in accordance with the established procedure submits to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine suggestions for improvement of the legislation.
