1. Approve Regulations on procedure for licensing of activities for transportation of passengers and loads by railway transport of the internal and international message according to appendix No. 1.

Determine that earlier issued by the Commission of the Cabinet of Ministers on licensing of activities in the field of air and rail transport (further - the Commission) licenses for the right of implementation of activities for transportation of passengers and loads by railway transport of the internal and international message are effective before the expiration of their action.
3. Make changes and addition to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
4. The state inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of rail haulings together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
