According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing of separate types of activity", the resolution of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 12, 2001 "About the list of types of activity on which implementation licenses are required" and in pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 20, 2017 the No. UP-5246 "About Formation of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Defense Industry" Cabinet of Ministers decides No. 222-II:

1. Approve Regulations on licensing of types of activity in the field of development, production, repair and realization of arms and ammunition to it, protective equipment, military equipment, spare parts, the completing elements and devices to them if they are not used in other industries, and also special materials and the special equipment for their production and activities in the field of liquidation (destruction, utilization, burial) and conversions of the released military technical means according to appendix No. 1.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 25.02.2022 No. 88
