About recognition voided some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", in connection with revocation of license and liquidation of sanatsionny bank and for the purpose of systematization of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Recognize invalid:

1) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 23, 2011 No. 471 "About approval of the Regulations on order of registration, licensing, regulations of activities of sanatsionny bank and supervision of it", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 18, 2012 for No. 59/20372;

2) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 8, 2013 No. 2 "About modification of the Regulations on order of registration, licensing, regulations of activities of sanatsionny bank and supervision of it", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 28, 2013 for No. 185/22717;

3) Item 5 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 11, 2015 No. 517 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine".

2. To department of methodology (Ivanenko N. V.) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Rozhkova K. V.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
