According to Articles 15, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and 66, 67, 86-1 Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", and also taking into account the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.09.2011 No. 880-r "About formation of sanatsionny bank", for the purpose of safety and banking system stability the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 55 Laws of Ukraine
1. Approve Regulations on order of registration, licensing, regulations of activities of sanatsionny bank and supervision of it which is applied.
2. To departments of normative and methodological ensuring bank regulation and supervision (Ivanenko N. V.), legal (Novikov V. V.) to provide this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Sorkin I. V.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
