For the purpose of implementation in civil aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan of requirements of Standards and Recommended practice of international civil aviation (the amendment No. 172 to appendix of 1 Chicago Convention) connected with change of the age restrictions to aircrew which reached 60-ti-and 65-year age, the State inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of flights, the Ministry of employment and employment relationships and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide:
1. Paragraphs two and third Item 1 of the resolution of the State inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of flights, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 28, 2007 No. No. 1099, 3692 and 1669 "About introduction of age restrictions to aircrew of civil and experimental aviation" (рег. No. 1762 of January 25, 2008) (Collection of legislations of the Republic of Uzbekistan 2008, Art. No. 3-4, 17), to state in the following edition:
"the faces of aircrew which reached 65-year age are not allowed to accomplishment of the functions when implementing flights in civil and experimental aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
the commanders of aircrafts (pilots) who reached 60-year age, carrying out the international commercial air transportations on aircrafts where only one pilot is part of crew are not allowed to accomplishment of the functions when implementing flights in civil and experimental aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.".
