About modification of the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 411 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 73, Art. 2066; 2016, No. 85, the Art. 2777), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective since May 9, 2018.

Changes which are made to Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine

1. The paragraph one of Item 1 after words of "information security" to add with the word "cyberprotection".

2. To add paragraph two of the subitem 1 of Item 3 after words of "National system of confidential communication" with words "; in spheres of protection in cyberspace of the state information resources and information which requirement concerning protection is established by the law, cyberprotection of critical information infrastructure, implementation of the state control in such spheres".

3. Add item 4 with subitems 20-1 - and 95-2 - - 95-7 - the following content:

"20-1) exercises the state control of protection condition in cyberspace of the state information resources and information which requirement concerning protection is established by the law, cyberprotection of critical information infrastructure;";

"95-2) coordinates activities of subjects of ensuring cyber security concerning cyberprotection;

95-3) performs measures for creation and ensuring functioning of National telecommunication network;
