Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine

1. The administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine (Administration of Gosspetssvyaz) is the central executive body with the special status which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and which provides forming and realizes state policy in spheres of the organization of special communication, information security, cyberprotection of telecommunications and uses of radio-frequency resource of Ukraine.

The administration of Gosspetssvyaz is:

the central executive body in the field of communication (except the rights and obligations connected with realization of functions in the field of provision of services of mail service public);

specially authorized central executive body concerning the organization of special communication and information security.

2. The administration of Gosspetssvyaz in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other acts of the legislation.
