About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 26, 2015 No. 44 "About approval of standard rates of storage of material values of the state material reserve" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10323, it is published on April 1, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let):

in standard rates of storage of the material values of the state material reserve approved by the specified order:

to state heading of Chapter 1 in the following edition:

"Chapter 1. General provisions";

to state heading of Chapter 2 in the following edition:

"Chapter 2. Food";

in Chapter 2:

state Item 14 in the following edition:

"14. Expiration dates of flour and grain different are established by the manufacturer.";

state Item 20 in the following edition:

"20. Expiration dates of crackers rye or wheat are established by the manufacturer.";

to state heading of paragraph 3 in the following edition:

"Paragraph 3. Canned and milk meat (GOST 32125, GOST 31688)";

state Item 35 in the following edition:

"35. Expiration dates of canned and milk meat are established by the manufacturer.";

add with Item 35-1 of the following content:

"35-1. Canned meat stores no more than 75% at temperature from 0 °C to 20 °C and relative humidity of air.";

to state heading of paragraph 4 in the following edition:

"Paragraph 4. Sugar (GOST 33222, GOST 26907)";

state Item 50 in the following edition:

"50. Expiration dates of sugar are established by the manufacturer.";

add with Items 50-1 and 50-2 of the following content:

"50-1. The packed white sugar is stored in warehouse in case of the air temperature not above 40 °C and relative humidity of air not higher than 75% for lump sugar and not higher than 70% for crystal and icing sugar.

50-2. In case of storage of white sugar it is necessary to exercise constant control behind temperature and relative humidity of air in warehouses.";

state Item 117 in the following edition:

"117. Expiration dates of tea are established by the manufacturer.";

to state heading of paragraph 8 in the following edition:

"Paragraph 8. Pasta (GOST 31743)";

state Item 124 in the following edition:

"124. Expiration dates of pasta are established by the manufacturer.";

state Item 128 in the following edition:

"128. Storage of not packaged salt is made in burta in the form of the tetrahedral truncated pyramid, parallelepiped or other form convenient for measurement in case of control measurements or inventory count. The surface and the parties of burt of salt are leveled. Height of burt of salt in warehouses depends on the allowed load of 1 sq.m of the area of floor. Between the upper layer of salt and ceiling or roof there shall be interval at least – meter 0,5. For protection of salt from pollution, dampness and caking the surface of burt in warehouses needs to be covered with the ukryvochny materials which are not interacting with salt and not having smell. In case of storage on surface of burt of salt the crust which protects salt from pollution is formed.

Storage of the salt in packs laid in boxes is made only in the closed storage facilities. Such salt keeps within squared steady stacks on podtovarnik 15-20 centimeters high.

Width, length and stacking height of salt in packs is established depending on features of warehouse, and also condition (durability) of container.
