About approval of the Technique of development of cards of threats and risks of flooding

According to article 107-1 of the Water code of Ukraine, Item 7 of the actions plan on implementation of the Management concept risks of emergence of emergency situations of the technogenic and natural nature for 2015-2020 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 419-r for the purpose of implementation of the Directive 2007/60/EU of the European Parliament and Council of October 23, 2007 about assessment and risk management of flooding I order:

1. Approve the Technique of development of cards of threats and risks of flooding which is applied.

2. Department on forming of policy concerning government authorities and monitoring bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs being under control of the Minister (Bodnar V. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations Chechetkin N. A.
