In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 14, 2017 No. PP-3386 "About measures for enhancement of competitive environment, eradication of conditions for abuse and plunders in the field of providing with fuel and energy resources and to other highly liquid products, strengthening of payment discipline, reducing receivables and payables", and also for the purpose of cardinal reducing the list and types of exclusive products, ensuring transition to the international principles of anti-monopoly regulation the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve:
Regulations on procedure for determination of exclusively high and exclusively low prices of the goods (works, services) realized in the goods market according to appendix No. 1;
The list of socially important and strategic types of goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are subject to state regulation, according to appendix No. 2.
2. Determine that the state price regulation (declaring, approval, establishment of the fixed or marginal prices (rates), the regulating coefficient, markups and limit of profitability and other methods of price regulation) is performed only on goods (services):
given in appendix No. 2 to this resolution;
production (rendering) of which is performed in the conditions of natural monopoly;
price regulation (rates) on which it is provided by decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
4. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
