About additional measures for the organization of activities of cotton and textile productions and clusters

1. Take into consideration that:
a) The state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition together with JSC Uzpakhtasanoat and Uztekstilprom Association carries out inventory count and assessment of condition of 16 cotton-processing companies and 68 hlopkozagotovitelny Items located in the territories of cotton and textile productions and clusters;
b) by results of the carried-out inventory count by the Working commission on project development of the Concept of development for the medium term of cotton and textile clusters formed by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 14, 2017 No. UP-5285, it is recommended to submit questions for consideration of general meetings of shareholders of the cotton-processing companies:
about realization to organizers of cotton and textile productions and clusters, on estimated value by installments for 5 years, buildings and constructions of the cotton-processing companies and hlopkozagotovitelny Items located in their territories according to appendix No. 1;
about use by organizers of the cotton and textile productions and clusters specified in appendix No. 1, in 2018 of capacities of the cotton-processing companies located in their territories for conversion of cotton raw on to be provided and rent basis.
