The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve new samples of brands of the excise tax for tobacco products of national and import production (except filtered cigarettes and without filter, cigarettes) which are applied.

2. Enter since July 1, 2018 brands of the excise tax of new sample for tobacco products of national and import production (except filtered cigarettes and without filter, cigarettes).

3. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

4. Provide to the public fiscal service production till June 25, 2018 of brands of the excise tax of new sample for tobacco products of national and import production (except filtered cigarettes and without filter, cigarettes), and also their sale in accordance with the established procedure.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except subitems 2 and 3 of Item 1, of Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since July 1, 2018.
