1. Approve the enclosed list of codes of types of primary goods according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the 1st of the next tax period on the value added tax.

3. Provisions of paragraphs of the third, fifth, seventh, ninth and eleventh Item 3, and also paragraph two of Item 8 and paragraph two of Item 9 of the list approved by this resolution are applied within one year after entry into force of this resolution.
