2. Determine that the companies which move goods through customs border of Ukraine draw up the statement in the presence of the official of GFS customs in which zone of activities it is revealed:

discrepancy of goods to the data specified in the documents necessary for implementation of their customs control;

damage of goods, their packagings or marking;

complete or partial loss of goods.

The statement can be drawn up in 4 copies, if necessary - in bigger number of copies (the first copy is intended for the company which moves goods through customs border of Ukraine, the second - for GFS customs in the place of its creation, third - for GFS customs of appointment (if the statement is drawn up in zone of activities of customs of appointment, the third copy is not constituted), the fourth - for the owner of goods, additional copies - to the customs applicant, the sender, the receiver, etc.).
