1. - the Minister of the Republic Kazakhstan Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 4, 2017 No. 285 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of land relations" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 15846, it is published on December 4, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) to make the following changes to the order of the Deputy Premieres:
to be reworded as follows the standard of the state service "Approval and Issue of the Project of Land Reclamation" approved by the specified order according to appendix 1 to this order;
to be reworded as follows the standard of the state service "Determination of Divisibility and Indivisibility of the Parcels of Land" approved by the specified order according to appendix 2 to this order.
2. To provide to management committee with land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
