According to the Law of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy", I order to the subitem 2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 29, 2017 No. 208,:

1. Approve the Technique of calculation of payment for overflowing of the reactive electric power which is applied.

2. To department of electrical power complex (Novikov K. V.) provide:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;

promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of January 17, 2002 No. 19 "About approval of the Technique of calculation of payment for overflowing of the reactive electric power", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 1, 2002 at No. 93/6381.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Korzun A. V.
