1. Make changes to the unified form of the statement which is drawn up by results of conducting scheduled (unplanned) inspection of observance by the subject of managing of licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on construction of facilities which on class of effects (responsibility) belong to objects with average and considerable effects, approved by the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of December 21, 2016 No. 331, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 18, 2017 for No. 73/29941 (with changes), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.
2. To department of state programs and development of housing construction (Tolstova A. V.), to Legal department (Chepelyuk A. V.) together with the State architectural and construction inspection of Ukraine (Kudryavtsev A. V.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Partskhaladze L. R.
