The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 15, 2016 No. 802 "About approval of Rules of establishment of quota for attraction of foreign labor power to the Republic of Kazakhstan and its distribution between regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determination of lists of industries of economy within which internal transfer, and persons for who implementation of labor activity are not required permissions of local executive bodies to attraction of foreign labor power, and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2016, No. 63, to the Art. 416) the following changes and amendments is made:
in appendix 2 to the specified resolution:
in the list of persons for who implementation of labor activity are not required permissions of local executive bodies to attraction of foreign labor power:
state Item 16 in the following edition:
"16. Working as the first heads of branches or representations of foreign legal entities, and also the first heads of the Kazakhstan legal entities and their deputies with absolute share of foreign participation in their authorized capital.";
