1. Determine the list of persons for whom permissions of local executive bodies to attraction of foreign labor power for implementation of labor activity, according to appendix 1 to this resolution are not required.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Appendix 1

The list of persons for whom permissions of local executive bodies to attraction of foreign labor power for implementation of labor activity are not required

Foreigners and stateless persons:

1) kandasa;

2) the business immigrants who arrived for implementation of business activity;

3) the received statuses of the refugee or the certificate of person who is looking for shelter;

4) being the immigrants arriving for humanitarian motives according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About population shift";

5) convicts on sentences of courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan to imprisonment it is conditional, to the punishments which are not connected with isolation from society;
