About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of the component parts used in production of hours and about modification of the Inventory and rates to which during the transition period the Republic of Armenia applies the rates of import customs duties other than rates of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning separate types of the component parts used in production of hours according to appendix.

2. Add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) notes 64C – 66C of the following content:

"64C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 24, 2018 No. 60 till 31.05.2019 inclusive.

65C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of  April 24, 2018 No. 60 till 31.05.2020 inclusive.

66C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 5 % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 24, 2018 No. 60 till 31.05.2020 inclusive.".
