About approval of Requirements to interaction of information systems in system of interdepartmental electronic interaction Tunduk

For the purpose of improvement of quality of interdepartmental interaction within transition to electronic control, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electronic control", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Requirements to interaction of information systems in system of interdepartmental electronic interaction Tunduk (further - SMEV "Tunduk") according to appendix.

2. To the public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- provide in accordance with the established procedure in temporary use hardware-software capacities of Data-processing center of the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to the State company "Center of Electronic Interaction" under the State committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic for ensuring its smooth functioning;

- organize certification center on the hardware and software of the State company "Infokom" under the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for issue of authentication certificates of servers of safety of the information systems connected to SMEV "Tunduk", certificates of keys of verification of the digital signature, keys of the digital signature and keys of verification of the digital signature for the information systems connected to SMEV "Tunduk" based on infrastructure of open keys on RSA algorithm (with digital signatures, time stamps (time-stamp functions), functions of online verification of the status of the certificate regarding otozvannost (OCSP)) for ensuring functioning of SMEV "Tunduk".
