About social support of the citizens who were affected by radiation owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP

For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Russian Federation "About social protection of the citizens who were affected by radiation owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP" the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of provision of monthly monetary compensation on food of children in the preschool educational organizations (specialized child care facilities of medical and sanatorium type), and also students in the general education organizations and the professional educational organizations;

Rules of provision of monthly monetary compensation on acquisition of food products to the citizens who were affected by radiation owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP;

Rules of provision to the citizens evacuated from exclusion zone and moved (moved) of zone of settling out, lump-sum allowance in connection with moving on the new residence and compensations of fare, and also property shipping charges;

Rules of provision to citizens of compensations for the harm done to health owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, compensation on improvement and also compensations to families for loss of the supporter;

Rules of provision of monthly monetary compensation to citizens depending on time of accommodation (work) in the territories of zones of radioactive pollution owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP;

Rules of provision of monthly compensation on food from milk kitchen for children up to 3 years which are constantly living in the territories of zones of radioactive pollution owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP.
