Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 19, 2015 No. 656 "Some questions of implementation of article 54 of the Law of Ukraine "On the higher education" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 73, the Art. 2401) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 19, 2015 No. 656

1. According to the procedure of approval of decisions on the assignment of academic statuses approved by the specified resolution:

1) in Item 8:

state subitem 1 in the following edition:

"1) to workers of higher educational institutions (scientific institutions):

which have:

- scientific degree;

- academic status of the associate professor or senior researcher (senior research associate);

- the work period on positions scientific and pedagogical and/or scientists, certain MON;

- the certificate according to the All-European recommendation about language education (at the level not below B2) or the qualification documents connected with use of foreign language (except persons with disability of the I group);

- the documents confirming the international experience of the candidate for receipt of rank (except persons with disability of the I group);

the published scientific works in the editions included in the international scientometric bases recommended to MON in the quantity determined by MON;

which prepared doctors of philosophy (candidates of science) in the quantity determined by MON;";

in subitem 2:

the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
