The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Approval procedure of decisions on assignment of academic statuses;

samples of the state documents on assignment of academic statuses.

2. Determine that Ukraine are recognized valid and the certificates issued are not subject to exchange:

certification bodies of the USSR and the Russian Federation according to solutions of the academic councils till September 1, 1992;

The highest certifying commission and Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport.

3. To the Ministry of Education and Science to approve within two months procedure for assignment by higher educational institutions and scientific institutions of academic statuses to scientific and scientific and pedagogical workers, and also procedure for deprivation of academic statuses.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 27.07.2016 No. 567

5. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

6. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
