Determine that in in 2005 - 2007 financing of expenses on providing citizens with necessary medicines can be performed according to the procedure, the stipulated in Item 18 Rules approved by this resolution irrespective of availability in the subject of the Russian Federation of medical insurance company.

2. Determine that the payment for provision to persons which were affected by radiation owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, and also owing to nuclear testing at Semipalatinsk Test Site, and to the categories of citizens of the government public assistance in type of set of social services equated to them is equal to the amount determined according to article 6.5 of the Federal law "About the Government Public Assistance", but it is not higher than the size of the monthly money payment performed to the specified citizens in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (in case of implementation of one monthly money payment).

2(1). Determine that as of January 1, 2020 the standard rate of finance costs in month on one citizen receiving the government public assistance in type of set of the social services provided by part 1 of article 6.2 of the Federal law "About the Government Public Assistance" constitutes:
