1. Approve enclosed:

form of the provisional solution of classification of goods according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union;

Procedure for filling of form of the provisional solution of classification of goods according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and modification (amendments) of such provisional solution.

2. Recognize to invalid:

item 2 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 №260 "About forms of customs papers";

items 3, 14 and 15 changes made to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 № 260 (appendix to the Decision of Board of the Euroasian economic commission of July 11, 2017 №84 "About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 №260").

3. This Decision becomes effective after 120 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
