1. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming of electronic archive of obligatory complimentary copies of periodic printing editions.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 20, 2016 No. 36 "About approval of Rules of forming of paper and electronic archives of obligatory complimentary copies of periodic printing editions" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 13126, published on February 24, 2016 in information system of law of Ad_let);

2) Item 5 of the List of some normative legal orders in the field of information and communications to which changes by the order of the Minister of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 17, 2017 No. 309 "About introduction of amendments to some normative legal orders in the field of information and communications" are made (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15831, published on October 12, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

3. To provide to committee of information of the Ministry of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
