2. To provide to department of consular service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy in printing and electronic type in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Declare invalid the order of the acting minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 9, 2016 No. 11-1-2/585 "About approval of Regulations of Admission from persons who are constantly living outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, statements concerning nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan and together with necessary documents of the direction them for consideration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 14797, it is published in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on March 9, 2017).

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1.
