1. Bring in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2012, No. 56, Art. 2238, No. 89, Art. 3606; 2013, No. 9, Art. 343; 2014, No. 24, Art. 735, No. 74, Art. 2104, No. 77, Art. 2196, No. 82, Art. 2323; 2016, No. 18, Art. 721, No. 21, Art. 829, No. 65, Art. 2192; 2017, No. 12, the Art. 340, No. 34, the Art. 1094, No. 94, the Art. 2854), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective in month from the date of its publication, except Item 4, of paragraphs two - the fourth Item 7, of Items 13 and 14 of the changes approved by this resolution which become effective since July 1, 2018.

Changes which are made to Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Add Regulations §3-1 the following content:

"§ 3-1. Principles of forming and realization of state policy

1. Ensuring forming and realization of state policy in the spheres carried to competence of the Cabinet of Ministers is performed by the ministries in the way:

studying of the state of affairs in the respective spheres;

determinations of socially important problems requiring the solution and their prioritizings;

search of optimum solutions of problems;

developments of concepts of realization of state policy in the respective spheres;

resource planning and measures necessary for realization of state policy;
