About approval of the Regulations on the Credit register of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 66, of 67, of 67-1 Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", to the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning creation and maintaining the credit register of the National Bank of Ukraine and enhancement of processes of management of credit risks of banks" (further - the Law), for the purpose of increase in banking system stability of Ukraine and protection of interests of creditors and investors of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine banks decide:

1. Approve Regulations on the Credit register of the National Bank of Ukraine it (is applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 27, 2001 No. 245 "About creation of unified information system of accounting of borrowers/debtors", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 18, 2001 at No. 604/5795;

2) subitem 1.14 of Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 04, 2001 No. 495 "About reduction in compliance with the legislation on legal proceedings of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 10, 2001 at No. 1022/6213;

3) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 15, 2002 No. 183 "About approval of Changes in the Regulations on unified information system" the Register of borrowers" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 3, 2002 at No. 469/6757;
