1. Approve the Procedure for provision of temporary support to producers which perform the combined production of electrical and heat energy on combined heat and power plants which is applied.
2. To the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry to develop and approve in six-months time from the date of entry into force of this resolution Procedure for Carrying Out Monitoring of Accomplishment of Obligations on reconstruction and/or upgrade of combined heat and power plant and term of realization of stages of project implementation of reconstruction and/or upgrade.

requirements to producers on accomplishment of their obligations on carrying out reconstruction and/or upgrade of combined heat and power plants;
