About creation of "National Scientific Oncological Center" limited liability partnership

1. Create "National Scientific Oncological Center" limited liability partnership (further - partnership) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Determine the main object of activity of partnership implementation of activities in the field of health care.

3. To create the authorized capital of partnership at the expense of republican property according to appendix to this resolution.

4. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) approval of the charter of partnership and its state registration in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) transfer to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of rights of possession and use of the state share of partnership;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
