About reorganization of the separate subordinated organizations of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize the republican state state company "Republican Forest Selection Center" of Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan by accession to it of republican public institution "Kazakh public republican forest seed institution" of Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Rename the republican state state company "Republican Forest Selection Center" of Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the republican state state company "Republican Forest Selection and Seed-growing Center" of Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

3. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main object of activity of the company implementation of activities in the field of ensuring protection, steady use, reproduction and artificial cultivation of objects of flora for the purpose of preserving biological diversity and gene pool, and also conservation.

4. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in judicial authorities;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

5. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
