According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property", Item 1 of article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 21, 2011 "About special economic zones in the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Liquidate public institution "Territorial department of Committee on investments of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan – administration of the special economic zone "Burabay".
2. To committee on investments of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from Item 1 of this resolution.
3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
